Area Covered by land Along the Length = 5*240 = 1200 Square Meter

Area Covered by land Along the Width = 5*120 = 600 Square Meter

Common Area in both land (where the road intersect) = Square with Side 2.5 meter = 2.5*2.5 = 6.25

Total Area of the Roads = 1200+600-6.25 = 1793.75
