Initial level of water v1 = 55cm3

Final level of water v2 = 75cm3

Difference between both the levels

V2-V1

= 75 - 55cm3

= 20cm3

Hence, the volume of the metal is 20cm3.

Given : mass = 60g

Given : volume = 20cm3

Since, Density = mass/volume

Hence, density = 60g/20cm3

= 3gcm-3

Hence, the density of the stone is 3gcm-3.

Hope it helps
