Let the ratio be 4x, x, and 5x.
So,
4x + x + 5x = 60
=> 10x = 60
=> x = 60/10
=> x = 6
So, 4x = 4 * 6 = 24
X = 6
5x = 5 * 6 = 30
So, length of longest piece = 30cm
Hope it helps...!!!

Given
Total length =60cm

Ratio => 4:1:5

Sum of ratio =4+5+1=10

1 ratio value =60/10=6

So highest ratio have longest piece

5x6=30cm
