when a piece of thread is tied tightly around the animals pancreatic duct then the pancreatic duct gets closed due to which pancreatic juice containing digestive enzymes cannot go into small intestine in the absence of pancreatic juice the animal has difficulty in digesting food the pancreas however release insulin hormone directly in the blood due to which the animal does not get diabetes.
