60/360 x 2 πr  1/6 x 2 x π x r = 20  2 πr  = 120  πr = 120 / 2  πr = 60  Or, r = 60 π

Answer:

Radius of circle = \frac{60}{\pi }

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Length of wire = 20cm

Angle formed = 60°

We know,

Length = \frac{x}{360} * 2 π r

where,

x is the angle formed

r is the radius and

Substituting the values ,

20 = \frac{60}{360} * 2 * π * r

20 = \frac{ 1 }{6 } * 2 * π * r

π * r = ( 20 * 6 ) / 2

π r = 120 / 2

π r =  60

r = \frac{60}{\pi }

Hence,

Radius of circle = \frac{60}{\pi }
