According to the question :-
equilateral triangle's each side measures 20 cm
so total perimeter = 20 + 20 + 20 = 60 cm
this perimeter is equal to the circular ring's perimeter
perimeter of a circle = 2 × 22÷7(value of pi) × r
60 = 2 × 22÷7 × r
60÷2 = 22÷7 × r
(30 × 7)÷22 = r
9.54 = r
∴ diameter = 2r = 2 × 9.54 = 19.08 cm
