Perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)
=2(35+20)
=2*55
=110
perimeter of rectangle will be equal to
Circumference of circle =2π r
110=2*22/7*r
110*7/44=r
=17.5
then diameter will be 17.5*2= 35 cm

Length of the rectangle = 35 cm

Breadth of the rectangle = 20 cm

Total length of the wire = Perimeter of the rectangle = 2(l+b)

Perimeter = 2(35+20)

= 2×55

= 110 cm

Total length of the wire = 110 cm

Circumference of the circle formed = 110 cm

2πr = 110 cm

2×22/7×r = 110

r = (110×7)/(2×22)

r = 770/44

r = 17.5 cm

Diameter of the circular ring = 2r

= 2×17.5

Diameter of the circular ring = 35 cm
