A piece of wire is bent in the shape of an equilateral triangle of side 4.4cm.If this wire is rebent to form of a circle.Find the radius and the area of the circle.​

Perimeter of triangle = Perimeter or circumference of circle

4.4+4.4+4.4= 2πr

13.2 =2πr

r = 13.2/2π

r= 6.6*7/22

r= 0.3*7

r= 2.1

area of circle =πr^2

= 22*2.1*2.1/7

= 22*0.3*2.1

= 46.2*0.3

= 13.86cm^2
