as both have same wire then perimeter of both the shape are equal
perimeter of rectangle =2l + 2b
= 2(52) + 2(36)
=104 + 72
=176
perimeter of circle =2pie × r
176 = 2 × 22/7 × r
r = 176 ×7 / 2 × 22
r = 28
