a piece of wire of resistance 20 ohms is drawn out so that it's length is increased twice it's original length.calculate the resistance of the wire in new situation​

Answer:

Resistance is directly proportional to its length so when length is doubled resistance is also doubled so new resistance=2*20=40ohms
