\huge {\mathbb{\purple{A}\green{N}\pink{S}\blue{W}\purple{E}\green{R}\pink{!}}}

Given ,

length of A piece of wood = 6 m 20 cm

convert into cm ,

1 m = 100 cm

 therefore ,

length = 6×100 + 20

= 620 cm

It marked off into length = 0.1 m

convert into cm

1 m = 100 cm

0.1 × 100 = 10 cm

Find - How many lengths are there ?

 we \: get ,

length = 6.2m

and marked off length = 0.1 m

therefore multiplying both equation -

6.2 × .1 = 0.62m length are there .

conversion into cm

1m = 100 cm

0.62 × 100 = 62 cm .
