Answer:

11 Day

Explanation :

Generally these Questions are little bit tricky but lets solve it

As we see in question it is given

A completed a piece of work in 25 day

In 1 day A can complete 1/25th part of piece of work

Similarly ,

B  completed same  piece of work in 20 day

and In 1 day B can complete 1/20th part of piece of work

And If they work Together ,

means ,

In one day (A + B) can complete

                                  = (1/20th + 1/25th) part of piece of work

= (5+4)/100th part of piece of work

= 9/100th part of piece of work

                                      i.e.,

In 1 day (A + B) can complete 9/100th part of piece of work

or for A and B (A + B) It took 100/9 day to do that piece of work

    Since,

In 1 day (A + B) can complete 9/100th part of piece of work

In 5 day (A +B) can complete  [5*(9/100)]th part of piece of work

= 45/100th part of piece of work

But still 55/100th part of work is left

and since A leave left work will be done by B only

                    and previously we get,

In 1 day B can complete 1/20th part of piece of work

or B take 1 day to complete to 1/20th part of piece of work

and to complete 55/100th part of work B will take days =

                                                                     = (55/100) / (1/20)

                                                                     = 55 * 20 / 100

                                                                     =55/5

                                                                     = 11 Days

I know Explanation is too long but for better explanation i did it

i Hope you get the answer Thanks !!!!!!
