EXPLANATION:-

We know that 1 rs=100 paise .Means,

25 paise=25/100=0.25 rs

50 paise=50/100=0.5 rs

Now A.T.Q

Let the amount of 0.5 rs =x

then amount of 0.25 rs=4x

So they add up to 1080 rs

==>0.5x+0.25×4y=1080

==>0.25y+2y=1080

==>2.25=1080

$\sf\;==>y=\frac{1080}{2.25}\\\\==>y=480$

So the number of 0.5 rs or 50 paise =rs 480

and number of 0.25 or 25 paise coin=480×4=rs 1920
