Then according to the given conditions

            20x + 50y = 1350            .....(1)

                             x = 2y                .....(2)

Using the equation (2) in equation (1) we get

                   20(2y) + 50y = 1350

       ⇒          40y + 50y = 1350

       ⇒                    90y = 1350

       ⇒                         y = 1350/90 = 15

putting "y = 15" in equation (2) we get

                                  x = 2(15) = 30.

So

number of notes of Rs 20 = 30
