A pipe pours 4 liters of water every 3 minutes

So, A pipe pours 4/3 liters of water for one minute

B pipe pours 3 litres of water every 4 minutes

So, B pipe pours 3/4 liters of water for one minute

Pipes A and B together pour 25/12 litres of water every minute

i.e 4/3 + 3/4 = (16+9)/12 = 25/12 litres

Time required to fill 100 litres of water = 100/(25/12) = 100*(12/25) = 48 minutes

The answer is 48 minutes
