the answer is 48

A pipe is taking 16 hours to filling the tank and the tank is taking 24 hours in total so we will take the LCM of 16 and 24 it will be the 48 so we have 48 works to do then A pipe will do 3 work in an hour and we will divide 48 from 24 the answer will be 2 it means A and B both are doing 2 works in an hour so we will subtract 2 from 3 so we got 1 it means the B pipe which is actually a leakage is doing 1 work in an hour it means it takes 48 hours to empty this tank
