A pit 5 m long amd 3.5 m wide is dug to a certain depth. If the volume of earth taken out of it is 14m^3, what is the depth of the pit?

Volume = l× b × h
14 = 5 × 3.5 × h
14 \ 5 × 3.5 = h
4\5m =h
4\5 × 100 = h
(1m = 100cm)
80 cm = h
