solution : if a pizza is cut into 8 pieces, each piece is 1/8 of the pizza.

and there are 8 pieces of pizza.

now 3/4 th of it has been taken by me.

then of pieces of pizza taken by me = number of pieces × 3/4 = 8 × 3/4 = 6 pieces of pizza
