A plane is flying at a height of 35,000 ft. (feet) above sea level. At a particular point, it is directly above a submarine floating 3,500 ft. below sea level and a military drone flying at a height of 3,500 ft.



By how much should the submarine descend so that the military drone is vertically in the middle of the plane and the submarine?
