Reflection coefficient in terms of direction constant is termed as

T = \frac{ \sqrt{E_{2} }-\sqrt{E_{1} }}{\sqrt{E_{2} }+\sqrt{E_{1} }}

= \frac{\sqrt{2.2}-\sqrt{1}  }{\sqrt{2.2}+\sqrt{1}  }

= \frac{1.48-1}{1.48+1}

= \frac{0.48}{2.48}

T = 0.19

Hence, the reflection coefficient is 0.19.
