NO , ITS ANGULAR MOMENTUM IS CHANGING....

THIS IS BECAUSE ORBIT IS ELLIPTICAL IN SHAPE. .

ANGULAR MOMENTUM OF AN ORBIT CAN BE CONSTANT ...IF ITS SHAPE IS CIRCULAR...

Answer:

A planet revolves around a massive star in a highly elliptical orbit, it's angular momentum remains constant over the entire orbit because the external torque is zero and the revolution of the planets around the star is under the effect of gravitational force.
