A plank of wood 7ft long is cut into four parts.

The ratio of 2:3 means total length will be 2 parts + 3 parts i.e. total 5 parts .

Now 5th part of 90 cm will be 90/5= 18 cm ,

2 x 18 = 36 cm the length of shorter length

similarly

3 x 18 = 54 cm the length of longer part.

in total 36+54= 90.

hope it helps dear!!
