The plant growing in water will grow more faster then in gravity because the plants that are in water can get sufficient amount of water, sunlight, Co2 to prepare food and to grow well. As the plant which is growing in gravity will not be getting sufficient amount of oxygen as in space their is no oxygen and if u r meaning gravity to the soil then the plant in the soil would grow more faster compared to the plant growing in water..
