• tissues that give buoyancy to plant parts - aerenchyma ( parenchyma surrounding air cavities)

• tissues containing chlorophyll and performing photosynthesis - chlorenchyma ( parenchyma type)

•plant tissues known as packaging tissue - parenchyma

• plant tissue made up of similar cells - simple permanent tissues
