Step-by-step explanation:

csa + lb

2×(l+b)×h + lb

2×(150+ 125) × 65 + 150×125

2× 275×65 + 18750

35750+ 18750

54500

in m ^2 = 54500/10000=5.45

cost of sheet is 5.45 × 20 = 109

Answer:

given

L= 1.5m

b= 1.25m

h= 65cm convert into metre 0.65m

I) the box is open at the top area of sheet required = L. S. A + area of base

=2h (l+b)+ ( L )( b )

=2(0.65) (1.5+1.25)+ (1.5) (1.25)

=1.30 (2.75)+(1.875)

=3.575 + 1.875

=5.45 m²

II) the cost of sheet required= area of sheet * cost of measuring 1 m2

=5.45 * 20

=109
