A plastic comb when rubbed with dry hair gets cheged. However a metallic comb does not. Give reason

a plastic comb when rupped with dry hair it becomes negative charge induce to hair because before rubbing it is uncharged body .but metal comb doesn't because it is already charged more than hair so dry hair induce charge to metal body .
