A plastic cube is released in water will it sink or came to the surface of water?

a plastic cube will float on water

becoz... as the plastic cube is less denser than the water it will float on the surface/come to the surface of the water..

It will not sink in water as the density of plastic is less than water . Hence it will float in water .

If the density of the plastic is less than that of water, the plastic cube will have less mass than would the same volume of water and will float.
