the question is of direct proportion

as the length of pipe increases the weight also increase

that's why

ratio remains constant

let weight of 20 metre pipe be x

50/4=20/x

50x=80

x=80/50

x=1.6 kg

so weight of 20 metre pipe is 1. 6 kg
