Length = 42 m
Breadth = 32 m
∴Perimeter = 2(L+B) units .
⇒2(42+32) m
⇒2 × 74 = 148 m
Cost of fencing per meter = rs 50
∴Cost of fencing 148 m = 148 × 50 = rs 7400
Answer : hence , cost of fencing at the rate of 50 per meter is rs 7400.
