A play ground is 60 m long and 2.5m wide . Find the cost of drenching the ground at the rate of 5.25 per meter

According to the question,

Length of ground(l) = 60 m
With of ground(b) = 2.5 m

Perimeter of ground = 2(l + b)

= 2(60 + 2.5)

= 2×62.5

= 125 m

Cost of fencing at the rate of ₹5.25 per Meter = 125×5.25
= ₹656.25 ...... Answer
