Cartilage is a human connective tissue which is present between joints along with ligament connective tissue. Since Cartilage tissue provide flexibility and smoothness at joints, if cartilage gets damage or torn then a person may face face severe pain in his joint.
But it can be recovered by tying knee and not doing much movement. Our immune system and platelets recover cartilage by rebuilding it.
It can be recovered by using medicines also...
Hope it helps✌️
