Work done = change in Kinetic Energy

Initial Kinetic Energy = 0 m/s

Final Kinetic Energy =1/2×m×v^2

Also,

Here m=0.25kg and,

v= 10 m/s

So, Kinetic Energy = 1/2×0.25×10^2

= 12.5 J

Therefore, Work done, W = 12.5-0= 12.5 Joules

Answer:m=250g=0.25kg

Velocity=10m/s^2

K.E=1/2mv^2

=1/2×0.25×10×10

=1/2×0.25×100

=0.25×50

=12.5j
