A player throws a ball upwards with an initial speed of 29.4m/s. what are the velocity and acceleration of the ball at the highest point of its motion.

velocity will be 0 at its highest point as at its highest point the ball will come at rest

acceleration will be = -10m/s^2
as the acceleration of the earth will be the acceleration of the ball
as it is opposite to the direction of velocity it will be negative
