300=2(l+b)

300=2(b+30+b)

300=2(2b+30)

300/2=2b+30

150-30=2b

120=2b

b=120/2

b=60

Now substituting the value of b in (1)

l=b+30

l=60+30=90

Area=90×60

=5400 m²
