Formula =

$\sf 4 \: \times 1 \: side \: of \: square$

$⟼4 \times 2450 \\ = 9800 \sf \: cm$

1 meters = 100 Cm

100 cm = 1 m

9800 cm = 9800/100

= 98 meters.

Hence, the perimeter of the square is 98 meters.
