Area of plot = L × B

Now
Length including path = 120 + 10 + 10
= 140 m

Breadth including path = 105 + 10 + 10
= 125

Area of plot including path is= L × B
$= 140 \times 125 \\ \\ = 17500 \: m {}^{2}$
Area of path = Area of plot including path - Area of plot
