so according to given condition

(s)^2+(s)^2=(50sqrt2)^2

2(s)^2=5000

(s)^2=2500

so,

s=50

For facing we require all the side of triangles=s+s+50sqrt2

=s+s+70.71

Putting the value of s we get=50+50+70.71=170.71 m

Now The cost of fencing it at Rs.3 per metre will be=170.71*3 = 512.13Rs
