=4×64

Perimeter of Rectangle = Perimeter of square

⇒2×(length+breadth)=256

⇒2×(80+breadth)=256

⇒breadth=48cm

Area of square =side×side

=80×48

=3840cm

Area of Square is greater than Area of Rectangle.
