A poem with no uniformity of rhymes, rhythm etc. is called free verse. Poetry of most forms have a repetitive meter in its lines that the poet follows but a free verse does not. This is an open form of poetry where the poet can express his/her creativity in any form. The lines can be as long or short as they want and there aren't really any rules to adhere by. Some of the famous poets who used free verse were Ezra Pound and T.S. Eliot.
