BD = CD
THUS JOINING POINT A AND POINT D FORMS THE MEDIAN OF THE TRIANGLE JOINING THE SIDE BC.
THEREFORE ARE A OF TRIANGLE ABD = AREA OF TRIANGLE ACD.
