if ke=1/2*5/10*12*12=36
so, p.e =mgh=0.5*10*h=k.e=36

u = 12 m/s at the top most point v = 0
s = v^2 - u^2 = 2 g s => s = 12 * 12 / 2 * 10 = 7.2 m
