A polar bear has to move slowly, other wise its body will get overheated. why?

because the polar bear has high body temperature and has thick fur which traps air thus making the polar bear warm if it does not move slowly it would get overheated as the more he traps the cold air the more warmer it will become and could be overheated

The polar bear is completely insulated from heat with the two layers of fur on it body and one thick layer of fats under neath its skin. So it has too move slow, moving fast will boost its blood circulation and gets more heated up, which will be dangerous for the bear.
