A polar bear has to move slowly,otherwise its body will get overheated.why?

The polar bear is completely insulated from heat with the two layers of fur on it body and one thick layer of fats under neath its skin. So it has too move slow, moving fast will boost its blood circulation and gets more heated up, which will be dangerous for the bear.
