a pole 6 ft long is positioned perpendicular to the ground, which is assumed horizontal. if the length of its shadow is 10 ft, what is the angle of elevation of the sun?

In the image shown

               Tan Θ = \frac{6}{10}

                          = \frac{3}{5}

       

                        Therefore   Θ = Tan⁻¹(\frac{3}{5})

                                            Θ = 37°
