A pole casts a shadow of length 2 root 3 m on the ground, when the sun’s elevation is 60°. Find the height of the pole.​

Since tan thetha = P/B
tan 60°= P/2√3
√3 =P/2√3
√3×2√3=P
2×3=P
6=P
Therefore, height of the pole is 6m.
