length of green part of pole = x-{1/10+1/20+1/30+1/40+1/50+1/60}
=x-{106/600}x
=494x/600
12.08=494x/600
x=14.67 m

Solution:-

Let the length of the pole be 'x' meter.

total length of the painted part except green colour 
= x/10+x/20+x/30+x/40+x/50+x/60
Taking L.C.M. of this and we get,
= (60x+30x+20x+15x+12x+10x)/600
= 147x/600
Now,
Length of green coloured part = x - 147x/600 = 453x/600
⇒ 453x/600 = 12.08
x = 7248/453
= 16 m
So, the length of the pole is 16 m
