A polygon is such that when all diagonals from one vertex are drawn, eleven triangles are formed. How many sides does the polygon have?

The polygon has 13 sides, because 2 of the 13 line  

segments from that vertex are not diagonals, but sides of  

the polygon, so there are 11 diagonals drawn from that point,

creating 11 triangles.
