Let p(x) = ax² + bx + c = 0

Let c = 3.

Product of zeroes = 3

c/a = 3

3/a = 3

a = 3/3

a = 1

Sum of zeroes = 4

- b/a = 4

- b/1 = 4

- b = 4

b = -4
