A polynomial f (x) is divided by another polynomial g (x)of degree 4, we get quotient q (x) and remainder r (x ). What is the condition for polynomial r( x)?

Remainder should 0. Then f(x)is factor of g(x).

The degree of r(x) is less than the degree of q(x) and g(x) that is 4. or r(x) may be of degree 1.
