the answer is 15
4/3=20/apparent depth(x)
4x/3=20
4x=3*20
x=20/4*3
x=15

Hello guys.
Refractive index: It is the ratio of speed of light in vaccum to that in the medium.
Condition: It is of transparent medium.
So we have given.
depth of pond = 20 cm
refractive index = 4/3
Apparently depth = let x

so the formula is used = refractive inde
x = depth of pond .
So. 4/3 = 20x
X= 20 ×3/4
X= 15
I hope so that my answer is correct.
If my answer is correct then reply me.
I hope guys this answers would help you.
THANKS.
